World leaders descend on Vatican for Pope Francis’s funeral

  • Crowds are gathering in Vatican City ahead of the funeral of Pope Francis, who died on Monday aged 88.
  • The funeral service at St Peter’s Basilica is due to begin at 10am (08:00 GMT).
